Job Responsibilities:

✦   Define end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud implementations.

✦   Design data models, security models, and sharing rules aligned with business requirements.

✦   Ensure integration with external systems (ERP, CRM, telephony, CTI, etc.) using APIs and middleware.

✦   Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and other middleware platforms.

✦   Implement Omni-Channel, CTI integrations, and Service Console optimizations.

✦   Lead technical workshops and guide development teams on Salesforce best practices.

✦   Review code, enforce standards, and ensure maintainability and scalability.

✦   Implement security measures for data protection and compliance (GDPR, ISO standards).

✦   Optimize system performance and scalability for large user bases.

✦   Utilize Microsoft 365 Copilot AI tools for automating architecture documentation and technical specifications.

✦   Generate meeting summaries and action items in Microsoft Teams.

✦   Streamline project tracking and reporting in SharePoint and Planner.

✦   Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders.

✦   Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and delivery teams.

Job Requirements:

✦   Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Omni-Channel.

✦   Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.

✦   Strong understanding of API-driven architecture, middleware, and microservices.

✦   Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

✦   Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot for workflow automation and collaboration.

✦   Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.

✦   Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification.

✦   Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.

✦   Integration Architecture Designer certification.

✦   Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

✦   15+ years in Salesforce ecosystem, with 12+ years in Sales & Service Cloud implementations.

✦   Proven experience in architecting enterprise-scale CRM solutions.

✦   Hands-on experience with complex integrations and security compliance.

✦   Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

✦   Exposure to AI-driven productivity tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot.
