Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions that meet customer business requirements.

✦   Develop solution blueprints encompassing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and custom development.

✦   Conduct requirements workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications.

✦   Guide development and configuration of Salesforce components including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.

✦   Provide oversight across project implementation phases ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.

✦   Lead technical troubleshooting and optimization of Salesforce solutions.

✦   Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and recommend Salesforce capabilities for efficiency and adoption.

✦   Present technical designs, strategies, and roadmaps to executive stakeholders.

✦   Define standards and best practices for Salesforce development and implementation.

✦   Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in Salesforce solutions.

✦   Implement DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for deployments.

✦   Mentor and coach developers, administrators, and technical team members.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of Salesforce experience including 5+ years in Solution Architecture or Technical Architect roles.

✦   Hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).

✦   Experience designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions for large-scale implementations.

✦   Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security models, and integration patterns.

✦   Experience with custom development, system integrations, and AppExchange products.

✦   Multiple Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Admin, Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect, System Architect preferred).

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.

✦   Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.

✦   Experience with industry domains like Retail, Manufacturing, or Payments is preferred.
