Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead architecture and design efforts across Salesforce CPQ, Core Salesforce, and Experience Cloud ensuring scalable solutions.

✦   Create detailed architectural plans that meet current and future business requirements.

✦   Ensure all designs align with Salesforce best practices and long-term stability.

✦   Act independently to drive solution architecture and make key technical decisions.

✦   Provide expertise on Salesforce capabilities with focus on CPQ, Experience Cloud, and Core Salesforce.

✦   Define standards for development, deployment, and maintenance to optimize performance and integration.

✦   Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Serve as primary contact for project stakeholders aligning goals, timelines, and deliverables.

✦   Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to assess solution effectiveness.

✦   Manage end-to-end Salesforce solution implementation including configuration, customization, and integrations.

✦   Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

✦   Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

✦   Stay current with Salesforce updates and recommend improvements.

✦   Continuously evaluate and adapt technical approaches to improve outcomes.

Job Requirements:

✦   5-10 years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture and consulting.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Core Salesforce, and Experience Cloud.

✦   Ability to design scalable enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.

✦   Experience translating business requirements into technical architecture.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and system design principles.

✦   Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

✦   Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

✦   Experience defining development, deployment, and integration standards.

✦   Salesforce certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud preferred.
