Job Responsibilities:

✦   Own high-level design and documentation of solution frameworks to address user needs

✦   Lead evaluation of user stories for technical implementation, including gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client needs

✦   Maintain and extend Salesforce extensions and third-party integrations

✦   Own Salesforce underlying data model including documentation, data governance, and extension

✦   Create internal how-to guides and training materials

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and identify automation opportunities in Salesforce

✦   Provide technical leadership and promote best practices in integration, application development, deployment, testing, and iterative refinement

✦   Support implementation of complex solutions, code reviews, deployments, and troubleshooting ongoing issues

✦   Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and recommend platform improvements

Job Requirements:

✦   4+ years of Salesforce Solutions Architect experience

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce.com architecture and APIs

✦   Experience with LWC, Apex classes, triggers, and Flows

✦   Experience with Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, and Visual Studio Code

✦   Experience with Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools

✦   Experience with deployment toolsets and CI/CD processes

✦   Experience with Boomi or other integration tools is a plus

✦   Strong communication and problem-solving skills

✦   Experience delivering complex Salesforce and third-party integrations

Additional Details:

✦   Salary range: $95,500 – $136,090 per year

✦   Full-time remote role in the United States
