Job Responsibilities:
✦ Lead support team and manage end-to-end Salesforce project maintenance and support activities.
✦ Work with client business and IT teams on functional aspects of Salesforce solutions.
✦ Gather and analyze reporting requirements and identify key KPIs and success metrics.
✦ Design dashboards and reports to provide leadership and business visibility into KPIs.
✦ Translate business reporting needs into technical specifications for reports and dashboards.
✦ Develop data recipes and dataflows in CRM Analytics to support business requirements.
✦ Define and establish best practices and standards for dataflow, data recipe, dashboard, and report/lens development and deployment.
✦ Perform data analysis, create data samples/prototypes, and develop ad-hoc reports.
✦ Monitor and improve data quality and integrity through reporting and process controls.
✦ Identify process improvement opportunities in Salesforce and analytics workflows.
✦ Perform data validation, unit testing, and QA for analytics and reporting solutions.
✦ Troubleshoot issues and coordinate cross-functional resolution efforts.
✦ Respond to and resolve assigned support tickets within defined thresholds.
✦ Provide governance and guidance on best practices for analytics solution design and implementation.
Job Requirements:
✦ Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Analytics Cloud, and B2B Commerce Cloud.
✦ Hands-on experience with Copado, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
✦ Experience leading Salesforce support or functional teams.
✦ Strong knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and CRM Analytics tools.
✦ Ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions.
✦ Experience in data analysis, data quality management, and QA testing.
✦ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
✦ Ability to work with cross-functional business and IT teams.
✦ Experience defining and enforcing development and deployment best practices.
✦ Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

✦ Salary range: $130,000 – $140,000 per year.
