Job Responsibilities:
✦ Provide L2 support for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
✦ Perform basic troubleshooting (Flows, validation rules, configurations).
✦ Fix simple bugs, data issues, and user-reported problems.
✦ Handle incidents and support tickets.
✦ Assist in minor enhancements and configuration updates.
✦ Support testing and deployment activities.
✦ Monitor system usage, errors, and performance.
✦ Work with senior team members, developers, and business users.
Job Requirements:
✦ Basic knowledge of Salesforce platform.
✦ Understanding of Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards.
✦ Familiarity with SOQL and data management.
✦ Basic troubleshooting and support skills.
