Job Responsibilities:

✦   Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers.

✦   Architect scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.

✦   Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce enhancements and new builds.

✦   Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to architectural standards.

✦   Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.

✦   Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and other technical teams to define technical strategies and roadmaps.

✦   Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the stability and security of Salesforce applications.

✦   Stay abreast of emerging Salesforce technologies and trends, recommending strategic adoption.

✦   Act as a technical subject matter expert for Salesforce, providing guidance and expertise on complex issues.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

✦   Proven experience in a technical leadership role for Salesforce projects.

✦   Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.

✦   Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.

✦   Proficiency in Salesforce integration patterns and experience with various integration technologies.

✦   Strong understanding of release management, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles in Salesforce.

✦   Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

✦   Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for both technical and non-technical audiences.

✦   Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer II.

✦   Experience in Sales, Service, Experience Cloud.

✦   Available to write code as part of the tech lead role.

✦   Available for 6 month contract.

✦   Available to work from office.

✦   Available to join within 2 weeks.
