Job Responsibilities:

✦   Configure or custom build user stories, unit test, document design and deployment.

✦   Support story estimation using guidelines. Gradually pick up more complex stories and maintain defined velocity.

✦   Ensure quality via thorough unit testing and code coverage.

✦   Follow project coding best practices. Learn and adopt firm tools and build rapport with onshore teams.

✦   Understand pipeline setup and DevOps procedures. Manage time for meetings and preparation work.

✦   Learn and adopt new tech stack features and understand limitations.

✦   Learn basics of Agentforce and GenAI modules and their configuration within Salesforce.

Job Requirements:

✦   2 – 3 years of hands-on experience in consulting or industry.

✦   2 years of Salesforce.com experience.

✦   Understand functional requirements and be able to develop technical solutions in Salesforce.

✦   Designs using standard patterns and communicate effectively to the team.

✦   Very good technical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Analyze and identify gaps in functional or business requirements and communicate effectively to both business and functional analysts.

✦   Assess the impact on technical designs caused by changes in functional requirements.

✦   Perform independent code reviews and execute unit tests on modules developed.

✦   Experience in Salesforce.com development environments (VS Code).

✦   Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, SFDX.

✦   Experience with integration and configuration.

✦   Salesforce.com Platform Developer certifications.

✦   Salesforce.com Domain certifications.
