Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and implement Salesforce solutions considering functionality, data, security, integration, and performance.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

✦   Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams ensuring Salesforce best practices.

✦   Conduct system and architecture evaluations including regular system audits.

✦   Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions, create workflows, maintain user roles, and troubleshoot application errors.

✦   Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, and team members to ensure effective Salesforce solutions.

Job Requirements:

✦   12-15 years of experience.

✦   Experience in Salesforce org migration, consolidations, and carve-out projects.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, architecture, governance, and best practices.

✦   Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce clouds.

✦   Strong understanding of CRM principles and technology.

✦   Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Design System.

✦   Strong solution architecture background.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

✦   Salesforce Architect Certification preferred.

✦   Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, integrations (SOAP/REST APIs), Agile methodologies, and Salesforce Security Model is beneficial.
