Job Responsibilities:

✦   Support the full implementation lifecycle, from prioritizing to deployment in an evolving ecosystem consisting of clients.

✦   Maintain an ongoing comprehensive understanding of the cloud-computing ecosystem.

✦   Work closely with Delivery Managers, Functional Solution Architects, and clients to devise technology solutions to meet client needs.

✦   Lead project discovery and definition workshops, scope crafting, development estimates, and documentation of requirements and designs.

✦   Collaborate with internal teams to help customers increase the value of Salesforce products and services.

✦   Design technical solutions and work directly with customers to meet business requirements.

✦   Lead and mentor development and QA teams.

✦   Design, develop, and support Salesforce-related projects.

✦   Create detailed designs using UML diagrams and best-practice methodologies.

✦   Ensure systems meet business expectations with proper testing and performance supervision.

✦   Develop CRM and workflow solutions using Salesforce/Apex, Force, Visualforce, and J2EE.

✦   Implement standard process development methodologies for enterprise solutions.

✦   Develop POCs and assist with complex coding tasks.

✦   Lead internal initiatives to grow consulting practices and contribute to knowledge base.

Job Requirements:

✦   Full-time degree: BTech Computer Science / MTech / MCA.

✦   Salesforce Architect Certification.

✦   12+ years of experience in developing technology solutions using Salesforce.

✦   5+ years of experience in client-facing projects and systems development consulting.

✦   5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect.

✦   Experience handling multiple projects, coaching leads, and strong industry background.

✦   Experience in designing and developing software components with strong SOA and integration background.

✦   Experience in Salesforce CRM with end-to-end implementation.

✦   Salesforce.com integration experience across business systems.

✦   Proficiency in Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, APEX, HTML, JavaScript, and XML.

✦   Experience with configuration, customization, APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and Salesforce implementation.

✦   Experience with Lightning Aura Components and knowledge of LWC.

✦   Strong deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Apex classes, web services, APIs, and AppExchange.

✦   Ability to define system landscape and deliver CRM solutions.

✦   Experience with workflow alerts, actions, and approval workflows.

✦   Experience leading teams in complex problem analysis and solution implementation.

✦   Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

✦   Hands-on experience with EPC, CPQ, and OM solutions.
