Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem.

✦   Conduct health checks and org assessments and provide architecture recommendations.

✦   Lead and manage technical teams and ensure accountability for delivery.

✦   Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with client technical teams.

✦   Evaluate multiple solution options and recommend optimal architecture.

✦   Own end-to-end technical architecture across project lifecycle.

✦   Translate business requirements into user stories and technical solutions.

✦   Create technical design documentation including architecture, sequence, and process flow diagrams.

✦   Provide expertise in Apex, Java development, SFDX, and DevOps practices.

✦   Perform proof-of-concepts to validate business requirements.

✦   Support presales activities including solution design, estimation, and resource planning.

✦   Lead implementation of technical solutions and ensure adherence to best practices.

✦   Guide Classic to Lightning migration and Salesforce optimization.

✦   Work on Salesforce Automotive Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations.

Job Requirements:

✦   12+ years of overall IT experience.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce technical architecture and solution design.

✦   Hands-on experience with Apex, SFDX, Java, and DevOps practices.

✦   Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning (LWC).

✦   Knowledge of Automotive Cloud is a strong differentiator.

✦   Experience in Classic to Lightning migration.

✦   Strong integration architecture knowledge.

✦   Experience in CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps tools.

✦   Ability to lead teams and mentor developers.

✦   Strong stakeholder communication and presales experience.
