Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead technical architecture, solutioning, and engineering team management across Salesforce projects.

✦   Participate in pre-sales, post-sales, implementation, and support phases.

✦   Act as technical expert in discovery and solution design.

✦   Develop system architecture, design documents, and technical specifications.

✦   Lead process flow analysis and redesign sessions.

✦   Define best practices and ensure scalable, secure solutions.

✦   Mentor teams and provide leadership across projects.

✦   Engage with clients, including C-level stakeholders, to define requirements and solutions.

✦   Participate in proposal development, estimations, and technical discussions.

✦   Oversee CI/CD, integrations, and enterprise architecture design.

✦   Ensure project delivery aligns with timelines, scope, and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

✦   15+ years of professional experience.

✦   10+ years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   10+ years managing Salesforce development teams.

✦   Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.

✦   Experience with integrations using Mulesoft and other tools.

✦   Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, CI/CD, and release management.

✦   Experience with enterprise platforms such as Azure, .NET, Java, AWS, or Heroku.

✦   Strong client-facing and leadership skills.

✦   Salesforce certifications required including Developer, Apex, LWC, and REST APIs.

✦   Architecture certifications preferred.
