Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.

✦   Define technical architecture, integration strategies, and application design aligned with business requirements.

✦   Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and platform modernization initiatives.

✦   Develop and review complex Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and integration components.

✦   Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, Middleware, and APIs.

✦   Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards, best practices, governance, and security guidelines.

✦   Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Drive architecture discussions, technical estimations, and solution reviews.

✦   Ensure system scalability, performance optimization, and adherence to Salesforce platform limits.

✦   Support deployment planning, DevOps processes, release management, and CI/CD implementation.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.

✦   Strong expertise in:

✦   Salesforce Sales Cloud

✦   Salesforce Service Cloud

✦   Salesforce CPQ

✦   Extensive hands-on experience with:

✦   Apex

✦   Lightning Web Components (LWC)

✦   SOQL/SOSL

✦   Salesforce APIs and Integrations

✦   Proven experience in Salesforce Application Architecture and System Architecture.

✦   Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and best practices.

✦   Experience designing and delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations.

✦   Deep knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governance.

✦   Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

✦   Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
