Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions.

✦   Lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables.

✦   Independently guide and mentor junior team members.

✦   Handle the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis.

✦   Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

✦   Showcase deep technology stack and functional acumen combined with industry knowledge relevant to project requirements.

✦   Understand tools and accelerators and advise on best fit for project delivery innovation and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

✦   A minimum of 6-9 years of experience leading end-to-end technical architecture and design of Salesforce solutions.

✦   Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience architecting Salesforce implementations.

✦   Mastery of Salesforce platform development and architecture, including Apex, LWC, Flows, Integration APIs, and web services.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex Programming Design Patterns and Integration Design Patterns.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and best practices.

✦   Experience with data integration, migration, and deployment strategies.

✦   Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies.

✦   Certified Salesforce Platform Developer and at least two additional Salesforce certifications.

✦   Experience with source control systems like Git and Agile delivery in CI/CD environments.

✦   Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Copado is a valuable addition.

✦   Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.

✦   BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
