Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning UI, LWC, flows, Salesforce APIs, and integrations.

✦   Design and develop advanced customizations across Salesforce platforms.

✦   Lead technical planning, solution design, and requirements gathering phases for Salesforce projects.

✦   Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.

✦   Understand and utilize Salesforce strategies, technical standards, specifications, and policies.

✦   Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce.

✦   Take ownership in the technical planning and requirements gathering phases for Salesforce projects.

✦   Design and implement cloud-based business solutions on Salesforce.com for Life Sciences, Commercial IT, and related enterprise use cases.

Job Requirements:

✦   8+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years in end to end Salesforce development and solution design with understanding of Salesforce Architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.

✦   3+ years of experience as Salesforce Technical Lead or Module Lead, managing developers and admins.

✦   3+ years of experience in Agile and JIRA.

✦   5+ years expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), data modeling, Copado, and design best practices.

✦   Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles.

✦   Experience with Salesforce security model, compliance standards, and access control mechanisms.
