Job Responsibilities:

✦   • Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and development.

✦   • Architect scalable solutions using Salesforce configuration and custom development.

✦   • Develop complex business logic using Apex, Triggers, and Visualforce/Lightning frameworks.

✦   • Design and implement advanced automation using Flows, Approval Processes, and Process Builder.

✦   • Lead integration design and implementation using REST/SOAP APIs and external systems.

✦   • Define and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.

✦   • Oversee CI/CD pipelines using GitHub/GitLab, Salesforce CLI, VS Code, and Copado.

✦   • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

✦   • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.

✦   • Ensure robust testing strategy including unit, regression, and UAT testing with high code coverage.

Job Requirements:

✦   • 6–8 years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   • Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and data modeling.

✦   • Extensive experience in Apex, Lightning development, and integrations.

✦   • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and release management.

✦   • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

✦   • Mandatory certification in Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, AI Associate, or Agentforce Specialist.

✦   • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, prompt engineering, guardrails, AI workflows, and conversational design is a plus.

✦   • Experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, BRE) is an advantage.

✦   • Engineering degree or MCA or equivalent.

✦   • Minimum 7 years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience required.
