Job Responsibilities:
✦ Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce initiatives, owning end-to-end solution design and delivery.
✦ Make architecture and design decisions across Salesforce including Flows, Apex, LWC, integrations, and configuration-based solutions.
✦ Partner with enterprise architects, product owners, security teams, and business analysts to design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
✦ Provide hands-on development while leading Salesforce implementations including integrations, data migrations, automations, and platform customization.
✦ Define architectural standards for Flows, Apex, LWC, integrations, data models, error handling, and security design.
✦ Ensure Flows are designed for performance, maintainability, and governance; review and refactor complex Flows when needed.
✦ Enforce coding standards, perform peer code and Flow reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
✦ Define and govern CI/CD, release management, and environment strategy across Salesforce orgs.
✦ Identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and security gaps and drive mitigation strategies.
✦ Mentor and guide Salesforce developers and provide architectural direction.
✦ Lead troubleshooting for complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
✦ Review Salesforce Optimizer and Security Health Check reports and drive remediation.
✦ Collaborate with Salesforce Support and third-party vendors for platform investigations.
✦ Author and maintain technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and solution standards.
✦ Drive innovation, POCs, and adoption of new Salesforce platform capabilities.
✦ Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, SOX controls, and change management processes.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
✦ 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and solution design experience.
✦ Strong expertise in Apex with experience building scalable enterprise solutions.
✦ Advanced expertise in Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled, and Orchestrated Flows).
✦ Ability to choose between Flow, Apex, and configuration based on scalability and maintainability.
✦ Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and understanding of Aura components.
✦ Experience leading at least one full-cycle Salesforce implementation as a Technical Lead.
✦ Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, field-level security, and compliance.
✦ Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, DevOps tools, and release governance.
✦ Strong understanding of SaaS and PaaS cloud architecture principles.
✦ Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
✦ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✦ Ability to work independently while considering cross-functional impacts.
✦ Salesforce Developer II or Architect certifications preferred.

Additional Details:
✦ Base salary range includes $136,600 – $196,600 (Region 2) and up to $231,300 (Region 1).
✦ Fully onsite role.
✦ Company may require vaccination proof including COVID-19 depending on role requirements.
