Job Responsibilities:

✦   Provide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, guiding them through agile delivery models and ensuring best practices throughout the SDLC.

✦   Drive technical design sessions, architect end-to-end solutions, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and QA resources.

✦   Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce architectures and produce detailed technical documentation.

✦   Design and implement complex applications using advanced Apex coding, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce declarative features.

✦   Oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, web services, and point-to-point techniques.

✦   Enforce code quality standards, optimize performance and scalability, and uphold best practices through code reviews and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar.

✦   10+ years of experience building complex Salesforce solutions, including 5+ years as a solution architect or technical lead in finance, grant management, or public sector settings.

✦   Expert knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Foundations platform and financial grant management processes.

✦   Proven ability to architect and deliver advanced cross-platform integrations with financial systems, compliance middleware, and AI/analytics suites.

✦   Specialist-level experience in security, identity management, data architecture, and compliance for regulated environments.

✦   Excellent client and executive presence with ability to lead technical discussions.

✦   Ability to travel 20-50% on average.

✦   Experience in end-to-end grant management solutions is preferred.
