Job Responsibilities:

✦   Architect and lead end-to-end Salesforce OmniStudio/Vlocity implementations for global Automotive clients, owning solution design, technical governance, and delivery outcomes from requirements through hypercare.

✦   Build enterprise-grade solutions using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures alongside Apex, LWC, Aura, and SOQL.

✦   Drive digital transformation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Industries platforms by translating automotive business processes such as dealer management, warranty workflows, vehicle configuration, and after-sales operations into scalable Salesforce solutions.

✦   Lead, mentor, and grow a development team in an Agile environment while managing sprint planning, backlog refinement, code reviews, and release governance.

✦   Serve as the primary technical interface for global CXO and senior business stakeholders, managing expectations and presenting solution designs.

Job Requirements:

✦   8–12 years of Salesforce development experience with at least 3 years hands-on in OmniStudio/Vlocity.

✦   Must have at least one completed project in the Automotive or Automobile industry (OEM, dealer network, ancillary supplier, or automotive IT services engagement).

✦   Experience in leading development teams and managing international client relationships.

✦   At least one Salesforce certification such as OmniStudio Developer, Platform Developer I or II, or Salesforce Industries credentials.

✦   Strong experience with Salesforce architecture, delivery ownership, and Agile practices.
