Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

✦   Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist or Agentforce Innovator Badge. Hands-on experience in Agentforce POCs (Optional).

✦   Proven experience in a technical leadership role for Salesforce projects.

✦   Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.

✦   Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.

✦   Proficiency in Salesforce integration patterns and experience with various integration technologies.

✦   Experience with Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.

✦   Strong understanding of release management, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles in Salesforce.

✦   Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

✦   Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms.

✦   Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer II.
