Job Responsibilities:

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to Salesforce implementation.

✦   Design and configure Salesforce solutions based on identified business requirements.

✦   Configure roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, public groups, objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and lookup relationships.

✦   Configure approval processes, reports, and dashboards.

✦   Lead custom development efforts including workflows, lightning app building, and experience cloud customization.

✦   Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

✦   Understand data flow, structure, and mapping, ensuring data integrity and completeness.

✦   Develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate user acceptance testing.

✦   Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support.

✦   Create and maintain documentation of configurations, customizations, integrations, and processes.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Salesforce usage.

✦   Stay updated with Salesforce features, updates, and best practices.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

✦   Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder preferred.

✦   Proven experience as a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot (Marketing Cloud), and Experience Cloud.

✦   Experience in Visual Basic coding.

✦   Experience with Lightning components and Salesforce Lightning platform.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integration concepts.

✦   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✦   Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certification is an advantage.
