Job Responsibilities:
✦ Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment.
✦ Develop proposals by owning parts of the proposal document and giving inputs in solution design.
✦ Plan configuration activities, configure the product as per design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries.
✦ Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC workshops, and prepare effort estimates.
✦ Actively lead small projects and contribute to organizational initiatives to provide high quality solutions.
✦ Develop value-creating strategies and models to enable client innovation and growth.
✦ Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions.
Job Requirements:
✦ Good knowledge on software configuration management systems.
✦ Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends.
✦ Logical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to collaborate.
✦ Understanding of financial processes and pricing models.
✦ Ability to assess processes and suggest improvements.
✦ One or two industry domain knowledge.
✦ Client interfacing skills.
✦ Project and team management.
