Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to Provider Network Management.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

✦   Work as liaison among external stakeholders, internal teams, and technical teams.

✦   Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including solution design, configuration, and user guides.

✦   Ensure scalability and performance of Salesforce solutions.

✦   Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.

✦   Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases.

✦   Mentor and train junior team members.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation.

✦   Strong Omnistudio experience including Omniscripts, Data raptors, and Flexcards.

✦   Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect.

✦   Strong knowledge in Provider domain and PNM objects.

✦   Understanding of backend tables, API connections, and interfaces.

✦   In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud.

✦   Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards such as HIPAA and HL7.

✦   Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft.

✦   Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

✦   Knowledge of data migration and ETL processes.

✦   Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

✦   Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
