Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, configure, and implement Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) solutions using out-of-the-box components and best practices.

✦   Work across Vlocity CPQ / EPC, Quote-to-Order, MACD, and Policy Management processes to deliver scalable enterprise CRM solutions.

✦   Demonstrate strong understanding of industry-specific CRM architectures, particularly in telecom, media, energy, and utilities domains.

✦   Perform systems analysis and solution design, translating business requirements into technical designs and implementation artifacts.

✦   Support requirement estimation, user story creation, and agile delivery using standard project management tools and methodologies.

✦   Document business and technical designs for CRM, CPQ, and Order Management applications.

✦   Read and understand front-end technologies including JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS to support UI configuration and troubleshooting.

✦   Implement and consume integrations using REST APIs; working knowledge of SOAP APIs is an added advantage.

✦   Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, leading whiteboard discussions and technical walkthroughs.

✦   Communicate clearly through professional emails, documentation, and technical presentations.

Job Requirements:

✦   Hands-on experience in Vlocity development and Salesforce implementation with strong exposure to Vlocity CPQ / EPC.

✦   6 years of experience in Salesforce Vlocity development.

✦   Strong understanding of industry-specific CRM architectures.

✦   Knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS.

✦   Experience with REST APIs and understanding of SOAP APIs.

✦   Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

✦   Strong communication skills.
