Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and deliver solutions for enterprise-grade customers using Salesforce products.

✦   Recommend the best solution for a given set of requirements and articulate trade-offs.

✦   Lead technical design sessions and write design documents.

✦   Manage the delivery of integrations and custom extensions.

✦   Enhance customer engagement, support, and financial processes using Salesforce Communities, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

✦   Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions and ensure high-quality deliverables.

✦   Create technical documentation including solution design, technical specifications, and best practice guidelines.

Job Requirements:

✦   5 to 8 years of experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.

✦   Hands-on experience in designing, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce Communities.

✦   Experience supporting Quote-to-Cash processes with Conga CPQ, Conga CLM, Salesforce CPQ, or similar platforms.

✦   Strong expertise in Sales Cloud including Opportunity, Quote, Forecasting, Pipeline, Account, Contact, and revenue operations.

✦   Experience in Salesforce development in enterprise environments.

✦   Experience in testing developed solutions and creating technical documentation.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Service Cloud Consultant, and FinancialForce certifications are a plus.
