Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead and manage a team of 6-7 Salesforce professionals including admins, developers, and scrum master.

✦   Set goals, provide coaching, and manage hiring, onboarding, and team scaling.

✦   Own Salesforce platform architecture and design scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ/CLM.

✦   Drive platform roadmap aligned with business priorities across Sales Ops, RevOps, Finance, and Product teams.

✦   Lead architecture reviews, enforce governance, and ensure best practices in code quality, security, and data integrity.

✦   Provide hands-on technical guidance on Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow Builder, and APIs.

✦   Design and manage integrations with external systems like ERP, billing, and analytics platforms.

✦   Lead Agile/Scrum execution including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

✦   Manage full SDLC from requirements to deployment and hypercare.

✦   Partner with senior stakeholders and communicate roadmap, risks, and delivery status.

Job Requirements:

✦   8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

✦   Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and at least one of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Salesforce CPQ.

✦   Strong technical skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow Builder, and Salesforce APIs.

✦   Proven ability to lead cross-functional Salesforce teams.

✦   Experience managing executive-level stakeholders.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional certifications preferred.

✦   Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

✦   Excellent communication and documentation skills.

✦   Nice to have experience with MuleSoft or Boomi.

✦   Background in SaaS or high-growth environments preferred.

✦   Familiarity with analytics tools such as Tableau or ThoughtSpot.

✦   AI literacy and ability to integrate AI tools into workflows.
