Job Responsibilities:
✦ Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions including custom objects, Flow, Apex triggers, and integrations.
✦ Architect and maintain security models including roles, sharing, permissions, and governance controls.
✦ Establish data governance, quality standards, migrations, and compliance processes.
✦ Build executive-level dashboards and advanced reporting using Salesforce and CRM Analytics.
✦ Support integrations with ERP, CPQ, marketing automation, and other enterprise systems.
✦ Mentor admins and developers and promote best practices.
✦ Lead release management, sandbox strategy, testing, and deployments using DevOps/CI-CD.
✦ Create training, documentation, and enablement resources to drive adoption.
✦ Partner with vendors and consulting partners and evaluate AppExchange solutions.
✦ Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and platform improvements.
Job Requirements:
✦ 7+ years of Salesforce Administration or Architecture experience in enterprise environments.
✦ Salesforce Administrator and Administrator II certifications required.
✦ Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, Flow automation, security, and data management.
✦ Working knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, and APIs.
✦ Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
✦ Ability to work in hybrid model in Austin, TX.
✦ Preferred: Salesforce Field Service, OmniStudio, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, DevOps tools, data platforms, BI tools, Einstein AI/Agentforce, Agile/Scrum experience.
