Job Responsibilities:
✦ Provide strategic leadership for scalable CRM growth and continuous improvement.
✦ Lead Salesforce development, enhancements, backlog management, and implementation.
✦ Collaborate with sales and marketing to build and optimize lead management processes.
✦ Define CRM roadmap and long-term business integration strategy.
✦ Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and design scalable solutions.
✦ Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports for executive decision-making.
✦ Present CRM performance insights to leadership and identify improvement areas.
✦ Design Salesforce security models and ensure compliance best practices.
✦ Evaluate and recommend CRM tools, integrations, and technologies.
✦ Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure data integrity across systems.
✦ Maintain data quality through continuous monitoring and improvements.
✦ Manage Salesforce release cycles including testing and deployment.
✦ Drive CRM adoption and system usage best practices.
✦ Develop and deliver Salesforce training programs for users.
✦ Act as Salesforce subject matter expert for stakeholders.
✦ Mentor and guide Salesforce administrators and developers.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
✦ 7+ years of Salesforce experience in complex environments.
✦ Experience with CRM scaling across multiple business units.
✦ Strong expertise in reporting, dashboards, and data analytics.
✦ Experience working in Agile environments managing multiple priorities.
✦ Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification required.
✦ Additional certifications such as System Architect or Integration Architect preferred.
✦ Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
✦ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
✦ Ability to drive platform adoption and continuous improvement.
