Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.

✦   Lead Salesforce platform design, development, customization, and integration efforts.

✦   Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

✦   Define best practices, coding standards, and architectural frameworks.

✦   Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

✦   Review and optimize existing Salesforce implementations for performance, security, and scalability.

✦   Support deployment planning, release management, and production issue resolution.

✦   Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and governance standards.

✦   Mentor developers and provide technical oversight throughout project lifecycles.

Job Requirements:

✦   8+ years of Salesforce experience with strong architecture and solution design expertise.

✦   Experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.

✦   Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and integration frameworks.

✦   Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, and permissions.

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems.

✦   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Salesforce Architect certifications preferred.

✦   Experience with Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ.

✦   Experience working in Agile environments.

✦   Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD processes for Salesforce.

✦   Must be local to Texas and available for hybrid work schedule.

✦   Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements.
