Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead enterprise discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews across multiple client departments to define project scope, requirements, and functional specifications.

✦   Drive Classic-to-Lightning migrations by analyzing legacy Salesforce environments and creating migration plans.

✦   Document and analyze complex Salesforce data models and system integrations.

✦   Map end-to-end data flows, APIs, and integrations across Salesforce clouds and external systems such as ERP, WMS, OMS, and payment gateways.

✦   Design modern digital business processes using Salesforce Flow, low-code automation, and structured document generation.

✦   Collaborate with PMO on project deliverables, status reporting, budget tracking, and vendor coordination.

✦   Support multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and transformation initiatives.

✦   Leverage SQL and analytics tools to build reporting structures for executive and operational tracking.

✦   Create system architecture diagrams, process flows, and integration documentation.

✦   Translate business requirements into functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and QA test cases.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

✦   5+ years of Salesforce platform experience (Classic and Lightning).

✦   At least 3+ years as a Business Analyst on large-scale Salesforce implementations.

✦   At least 2+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience.

✦   Experience in Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration projects.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, schema, and data management.

✦   Ability to document system architecture, integration flows, and process designs.

✦   Strong experience in requirements gathering, use case creation, and acceptance criteria definition.

✦   Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for executive stakeholders.

✦   Experience working in consulting or enterprise transformation environments preferred.

✦   Familiarity with middleware tools such as MuleSoft and basic programming concepts (Python, C#) is a plus.
