Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and maintain eCommerce solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).

✦   Develop and customize storefront functionality using Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA).

✦   Create and enhance custom cartridges, controllers, pipelines, jobs, and integrations.

✦   Develop reusable components and optimize application performance.

✦   Implement responsive and user-friendly front-end experiences.

✦   Integrate SFCC with third-party systems such as payment gateways, OMS, CRM, ERP, tax engines, and marketing platforms.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring platform stability and performance.

✦   Participate in code reviews and enforce development best practices.

✦   Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.

✦   Support CI/CD implementation and release management activities.

✦   Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of overall software development experience.

✦   3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C Commerce).

✦   Strong experience with SFRA, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, ISML Templates, controllers and middleware, OCAPI and SCAPI, Business Manager, and custom cartridge development.

✦   Strong understanding of eCommerce architecture and best practices.

✦   Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

✦   Knowledge of payment gateway integrations such as Adyen, PayPal, Stripe, or CyberSource.

✦   Experience with source control tools such as Git.

✦   Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar.

✦   Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

✦   Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code.

✦   Ability to leverage AI tools for code generation, optimization, refactoring, debugging, unit test creation, documentation generation, and code reviews.

✦   Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted software development workflows.

✦   Exposure to integrating AI services and Large Language Models into enterprise applications.

✦   Knowledge of responsible AI usage, governance, and secure coding practices.

✦   Experience with Headless Commerce, PWA Kit, Composable Commerce, Salesforce ecosystem integrations, and Marketing Cloud integrations.

✦   Knowledge of Node.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.

✦   Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

✦   Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

✦   Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Developer and Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Architect certifications preferred.
