Job Responsibilities:

✦   Work as a Business Analyst on Salesforce CRM, drafting requirements for CRM platform.

✦   Manage CRM data, preferably in financial services environments.

✦   Work with sales cycles, pipelines, and sales funnel processes.

✦   Support data analysis and reporting using SQL and Excel tools including lookup functions and VBA macros.

✦   Assist with data analytics tasks with exposure to Python.

✦   Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.

✦   Ensure clear communication and independent execution of BA responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong experience as a Salesforce CRM Business Analyst.

✦   Experience working with CRM data, preferably in financial services firms.

✦   Strong SQL and Excel skills including lookup functions and VBA macros.

✦   Exposure to Python for data analytics preferred.

✦   Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

✦   Understanding of sales cycles, pipelines, and CRM processes.
