Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.

✦   Design and implement complex business logic, workflows, triggers, batch jobs, and schedules.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

✦   Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).

✦   Maintain and refactor existing code to improve quality, performance, and maintainability.

✦   Ensure high code quality through unit testing, test coverage, and code reviews.

✦   Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle in an Agile/Scrum environment.

✦   Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and new tools/features.

✦   Support and mentor junior developers and admins as needed.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

✦   3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong experience with:

✦   Apex (classes, triggers, batch processes)

✦   Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura

✦   Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)

✦   Data modeling and SOQL/SOSL

✦   Solid understanding of Salesforce platform limitations, governor limits, and security/sharing model.

✦   Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD tools, and DevOps practices.

✦   Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.

✦   Salesforce Certifications:

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required)

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)

✦   Other relevant certs (App Builder, JavaScript Developer I, etc.)

✦   Experience with Salesforce DX, unlocked packages, and automated testing frameworks.

✦   Familiarity with tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins for release management.

✦   Experience integrating with third-party platforms or enterprise systems.
