Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

✦   Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

✦   Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.

✦   Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical standards.

✦   Support deployment activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth release cycles.

✦   Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and recommend adoption strategies.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

✦   5–7 years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.

✦   Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data migration.

✦   Proficiency in DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.

✦   Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

✦   Salesforce Developer certifications (Platform Developer I & II).

✦   Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

✦   Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

✦   Familiarity with AI-driven Salesforce features and automation.
