Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud (Vlocity).

✦   Build and customize OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.

✦   Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.

✦   Configure and support utility customer lifecycle processes, including onboarding, billing, meter-to-cash, and outage management.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with external systems such as CIS, ERP, billing, and metering platforms.

✦   Perform data migration and transformation using Data Loader and ETL tools.

✦   Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, sharing, and governance best practices.

✦   Collaborate with business and functional teams for requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.

✦   Provide production support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

Job Requirements:

✦   5–10 years of experience in Salesforce development.

✦   Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Development, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Salesforce Integrations.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud (Vlocity).

✦   Expertise in OmniStudio: OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards.

✦   Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Order Management.

✦   Knowledge of utility industry processes and customer operations.

✦   Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce Security and Sharing Model.

✦   Experience in the Utilities domain (Electricity, Gas, or Water).

✦   Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer, OmniStudio Consultant/Developer, Salesforce Industries Certifications.

✦   Experience with Smart Metering or Field Service integrations.
