Job Responsibilities:

✦   Build and maintain custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and extensions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other relevant technologies.

✦   Configure and customize standard Salesforce features, objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules to align with business requirements.

✦   Ensure data integrity, security, and reliability by designing and implementing effective data migration, transformation, and integration strategies.

✦   Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior developers.

✦   Ensure that the code is written as per the Salesforce recommended best practices.

✦   Conduct code reviews and implement best practices to ensure high-quality and optimized code.

✦   Plan and execute comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

✦   Oversee smooth and controlled deployments to production environments.

✦   Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal performance and scalability of Salesforce applications.

✦   Implement security measures and ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards and industry regulations.

✦   Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and user guides.

✦   Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.

✦   Recommend and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

✦   5 to 7 years of total experience.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.

✦   Extensive experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on developing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and II are highly desirable.

✦   Good understanding of out of the box features such as Flows, Sharing rules, OWD, Data Loader and Lightning App builder.

✦   Familiarity with Healthcare domain.

✦   Understanding of Health Cloud will be an advantage.

✦   In-depth understanding of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and security best practices.

✦   Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and web services.

✦   Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems.

✦   Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

✦   Strong analytical mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.

✦   Willingness to work from 5PM to 2 AM IST.
