Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.

✦   Build and optimize digital customer journeys covering onboarding, servicing, and retention.

✦   Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs for real-time integrations.

✦   Implement fintech use cases such as digital onboarding, KYC workflows, loan origination, and customer engagement.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with payments platforms, credit bureaus, KYC/AML systems, and banking APIs.

✦   Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud for personalized campaigns and lifecycle journeys.

✦   Ensure compliance with financial regulations and security standards.

✦   Collaborate in agile delivery and contribute to architecture and code reviews.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong experience in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.

✦   Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

✦   Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.

✦   Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.

✦   Experience in FinTech, digital banking, or lending platforms.

✦   Knowledge of nCino (Loan Origination).

✦   Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio).

✦   Strong communication and stakeholder management.

✦   Agile mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

✦   Ownership and problem-solving skills.
