Job Responsibilities:

✦   Demonstrate experience and understanding of overall SFDC architecture and platform.

✦   Responsible for overall configuration, design, functionality, and end-user support.

✦   Lead the full lifecycle of the software development environment including support and team motivation.

✦   Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

✦   Act as liaison between users, vendors, and application development teams.

✦   Manage release planning based on effort estimation and resource availability.

✦   Handle backlog estimation, requirement analysis, impact analysis, design, and development.

✦   Perform system monitoring, error logging, support, and maintenance.

✦   Review Salesforce release documentation and roadmap to identify improvements and manage feature retirements.

✦   Ensure systems meet business expectations with proper testing and performance monitoring.

✦   Manage integrations with other systems and applications.

✦   Gather requirements, define solutions, and drive configuration and development.

✦   Implement change control and best practices for maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity.

✦   Work with Salesforce product owner to support administrative, development, and change management activities.

✦   Assist in training support teams and users to enhance Salesforce skill sets.

✦   Lead technical documentation efforts including technical design documents and deployment packages.

Job Requirements:

✦   6+ years of IT experience with at least 4 years in Salesforce development using Apex, JavaScript, Aura Framework, and Lightning Web Components.

✦   4+ years of experience in Salesforce development in LWC, Apex, and integrations.

✦   Experience in real-time and batch integrations using REST, SOAP, Bulk APIs, or ESB tools such as Informatica or Mulesoft.

✦   Expert knowledge in Apex programming, web services, flows, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.

✦   Strong expertise in building complex LWCs using JavaScript, CSS, and Aura framework.

✦   Hands-on experience designing and developing integrations with third-party applications.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce object model, governor limits, and best practices.

✦   Experience with frontend and backend tools including Apex, triggers, data loader, Visualforce, Lightning framework, APIs, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

✦   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and PD1 are required; PD2 and Marketing Cloud certifications are preferred.

✦   Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
