Job Responsibilities:

✦   Define and drive the front-end architecture strategy for Salesforce Commerce Cloud initiatives ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization.

✦   Provide leadership and mentorship to front-end development teams and enforce best practices around SFRA, modular design, and coding standards.

✦   Collaborate with product management, UX/UI design, back-end engineering, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Introduce modern tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development efficiency and product quality.

✦   Architect and implement reusable, modular front-end components within SFRA framework.

✦   Customize and extend SFCC templates using ISML, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, SCSS, and Page Designer.

✦   Ensure responsive, mobile-first design principles and pixel-perfect UI/UX implementation.

✦   Maintain accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) and cross-browser compatibility.

✦   Lead front-end performance optimization using techniques like code splitting, lazy loading, and critical CSS.

✦   Oversee code review processes to ensure high-quality and maintainable codebases.

✦   Mentor junior and mid-level developers and facilitate documentation of architecture and processes.

✦   Troubleshoot complex issues related to Salesforce configuration, customizations, and integrations.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum 6 years of front-end development experience including at least 3 years in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and SFRA.

✦   Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), JavaScript (ES6+), and modular/component-based development.

✦   Experience with React or similar frameworks.

✦   Experience with ISML templating, SFRA framework, Page Designer, and JavaScript controllers.

✦   Experience developing responsive, mobile-first interfaces using Bootstrap or similar frameworks.

✦   Strong expertise in front-end performance optimization techniques.

✦   Proficiency with Git, Webpack, and NPM.

✦   Experience with third-party integrations.

✦   Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.

✦   BE/BTECH/MCA qualification.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

✦   Ability to troubleshoot complex Salesforce-related issues.

✦   Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.

✦   Preferred experience with Headless Commerce, Progressive Web Apps (PWA), and Salesforce certifications.
