Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.

✦   Implement and maintain Salesforce configurations including workflows, flows, validation rules, approval processes, and security settings.

✦   Develop and enhance Apex classes, Apex triggers, and batch jobs.

✦   Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.

✦   Develop and maintain Visualforce pages where required.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

✦   Perform data migration and data management using tools like Data Loader.

✦   Ensure best practices for Salesforce development, performance, and security.

✦   Conduct code reviews, debugging, and issue resolution.

✦   Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.

✦   Support UAT, deployment, and production issues.

✦   Document technical designs, configurations, and deployment activities.

Job Requirements:

✦   4-8 years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration.

✦   Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL.

✦   Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Experience with Salesforce data model and security model.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce deployment processes.

✦   Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

✦   Experience with Salesforce integrations is a plus.

✦   Knowledge of Platform Events, OmniChannel, CTI integrations is preferred.

✦   Experience with DevOps tools such as Gearset or Copado is preferred.

✦   Knowledge of Einstein Analytics, Reports, and Dashboards is preferred.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant are preferred.
