Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs.

✦   Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products based on business requirements.

✦   Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.

✦   Collaborate with US-based stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

✦   Build custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process automation, flows, and security configurations.

✦   Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.

✦   Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and Agile development activities.

✦   Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance policies.

✦   Support production deployments and resolve critical application issues when required.

✦   Create technical documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.

Job Requirements:

✦   4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Async Processing.

✦   Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, roles, and permission sets.

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.

✦   Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce deployment tools.

✦   Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

✦   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
