Job Responsibilities:

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and technical dependencies.

✦   Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and integration with external systems.

✦   Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peer developers and team members.

✦   Participate in code reviews and ensure that development standards and best practices are being followed.

✦   Develop and maintain technical documentation for all Salesforce customizations.

✦   Work with Salesforce administrators to ensure that the platform is configured to meet the needs of the business.

✦   Identify and troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues, providing technical solutions and workarounds as needed.

✦   Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of experience in Salesforce development in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce integration patterns.

✦   Experience with Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations.

✦   Ability to design and develop complex solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to best practices and coding standards.

✦   Experience with Agile development methodologies.

✦   Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer or Architect certifications are a plus.

✦   Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.

✦   Ability to lead design sessions and guide business stakeholders.

✦   Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

✦   Strong documentation and code-commenting discipline.
