Job Responsibilities:

✦   Build and maintain custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and extensions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other technologies.

✦   Configure and customize Salesforce standard features including objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.

✦   Ensure data integrity, security, and reliability through effective data migration and integration strategies.

✦   Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

✦   Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices in coding and design.

✦   Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards.

✦   Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.

✦   Manage deployment to production environments.

✦   Optimize performance and resolve system bottlenecks.

✦   Implement security measures and ensure compliance with standards.

✦   Create and maintain technical documentation.

✦   Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements:

✦   5–7 years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification preferred.

✦   Good understanding of Flows, Sharing Rules, OWD, Data Loader, and Lightning App Builder.

✦   Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and web services.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and security best practices.

✦   Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems.

✦   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

✦   Good communication and teamwork skills.

✦   Healthcare domain experience is preferred.

✦   Knowledge of Health Cloud is an advantage.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
