Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Build scalable and reusable components using Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

✦   Configure and customize standard Salesforce features including Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder, OmniStudio, and Custom Objects.

✦   Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.

✦   Participate in deployments, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

✦   Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and integration flows.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

✦   3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce developer.

✦   Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.

✦   Proficiency in LWC, Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL.

✦   Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, Web Services, OAuth, and outbound messaging.

✦   Experience with Apex Batch, Schedules, Async processing, and governor limits.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce security model and sharing rules.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; PD2 is a plus.
