Job Responsibilities:

✦   • Lead development of new functionality and enhancements on Salesforce (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).

✦   • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

✦   • Review code and provide technical guidance to team members.

✦   • Translate user stories into technical solutions and ensure acceptance criteria are met.

✦   • Work closely with Product Owners and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases.

✦   • Take ownership of production issues and ensure resolution within SLAs.

✦   • Collaborate with UK business and technology stakeholders and communicate technical updates.

✦   • Manage and mentor Salesforce developers and QA analysts.

✦   • Foster collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the team.

✦   • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and ecosystem trends.

✦   • Develop Proof of Concepts for new features and integrations.

Job Requirements:

✦   • 5–8 years of Salesforce development experience with 2+ years in a senior role.

✦   • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Test Classes, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Flows, Triggers, and Custom Objects.

✦   • Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AppExchange applications.

✦   • Knowledge of integration patterns using REST APIs and Web Services.

✦   • Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

✦   • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   • Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory).

✦   • Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred).

✦   • Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).

✦   • Service Cloud Consultant certification (nice to have).

✦   • Experience with CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT) and Git.

✦   • Exposure to AWS, MuleSoft, Tableau, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud is beneficial.

✦   • Familiarity with Agentforce and AI-driven automation is desirable.
