Job Responsibilities:

✦   Work closely with Delivery Manager, Architect, and clients to design technology solutions and ensure maintainable implementations.

✦   Lead project discovery, scope definition, estimation, and documentation of requirements and designs.

✦   Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer value from Salesforce solutions.

✦   Design innovative technical solutions aligned with business requirements.

✦   Lead and mentor development teams across project lifecycle.

✦   Design, develop, and support Salesforce applications and CRM solutions.

✦   Ensure systems meet business expectations with proper testing and performance monitoring.

✦   Develop CRM and workflow solutions using Salesforce, Apex, Visualforce.

✦   Drive best practices and quality delivery of enterprise solutions.

✦   Develop POCs and support complex coding tasks.

✦   Contribute to internal initiatives and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements:

✦   8+ years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead.

✦   Salesforce Platform Builder and Developer certifications.

✦   End-to-end Salesforce CRM implementation experience.

✦   Experience with Salesforce integrations across systems.

✦   Strong programming skills in Apex, Visualforce, HTML, JavaScript, XML.

✦   Experience with Apex APIs, Triggers, Lightning Aura Components, and LWC.

✦   Knowledge of Visualforce, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, web services, APIs, AppExchange deployment.

✦   Experience with workflows, approval processes, and automation.

✦   Ability to define system landscape and design CRM solutions.

✦   Experience with Agile, CI/CD, and JIRA.
