Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Force.com platform.

✦   Customize and configure Salesforce Service Cloud to meet business requirements.

✦   Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.

✦   Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.

✦   Ensure best practices for Salesforce development, testing, and deployment.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.

✦   Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong experience as a Salesforce Developer.

✦   Hands-on expertise in Service Cloud.

✦   Proficiency with Force.com platform (Apex, SOQL, Lightning, etc.).

✦   Experience with CI/CD Pipelines for Salesforce.

✦   Experience with MuleSoft integrations.

✦   Knowledge of Tableau reporting and analytics.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

✦   Salesforce certifications are an added advantage.
