Job Responsibilities:

✦   Salesforce Development & Customisation: Design and develop high-quality, scalable code using Apex, Trigger frameworks, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Customise standard Salesforce objects and build complex custom objects, validation rules, and advanced flows.

✦   Maintain coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure test class coverage exceeds 85%.

✦   CLM & Document Automation: Customise, configure, and maintain Ironclad CLM workflows and integrations.

✦   Map Salesforce data fields to Ironclad launch forms for seamless data flow.

✦   Build and automate complex Order Form Generation processes within Salesforce.

✦   Ensure dynamic clause insertion and precise template rendering based on opportunity data.

✦   Integration & Architecture: Implement secure REST/SOAP APIs to connect Salesforce with Ironclad and other upstream/downstream business applications.

✦   Manage data sync issues, error logging, and transaction payloads between systems.

✦   Collaborate with business analysts to translate complex legal and sales requirements into technical designs.

Job Requirements:

✦   Core Salesforce: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Data Loader, VS Code, Git/GitHub.

✦   Platform: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ experience is a plus).

✦   Specialised Skills: Hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM workflow designer and Salesforce-Ironclad integration.

✦   Document Generation: Experience with automated Order Form Generation using Conga, DocuSign Gen, OmniStudio Document Generation, or native Salesforce solutions.
