Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.

✦   Build and support end-to-end integrations between Salesforce Voice Connect (SCV) and Amazon Connect.

✦   Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and REST API integrations.

✦   Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, layouts, dashboards, and reports.

✦   Work with Force.com Bulk API and Metadata API.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and technical domains.

✦   Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.

✦   Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce best practices.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce Voice Connect (SCV) and Amazon Connect integrations.

✦   Hands-on expertise delivering end-to-end contact center solutions integrated with Salesforce.

✦   Experience with Salesforce development and customization.

✦   Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Voice Connect (SCV), Amazon Connect, and end-to-end contact center solution implementation.
