Job Responsibilities:

✦   Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions based on business requirements.

✦   Gather, analyze, and translate client requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers.

✦   Support and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

✦   Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

✦   Collaborate with business users, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

✦   Troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud Configuration.

✦   Salesforce Development Expertise: Apex Classes & Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL / SOSL, Lightning Platform.

✦   Basic understanding of Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).

✦   Experience in requirement gathering and direct client interactions.

✦   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end solution delivery.

✦   Manufacturing domain experience preferred.

✦   Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification.

✦   Salesforce Administrator Certification.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I / II Certification.

✦   Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
