Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

✦   Plan and deliver IT solutions supporting enterprise strategic goals and business value.

✦   Own end-to-end solution design for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.

✦   Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.

✦   Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools such as IIB, MuleSoft, Boomi, APIGEE, and Attunity.

✦   Provide solution architecture for Salesforce projects aligned with enterprise roadmap.

✦   Collaborate with enterprise architects, solution and product owners to define technical architecture patterns.

✦   Work on both build and run projects.

✦   Gather business requirements and support functional specifications, testing (UAT/regression), and validation.

✦   Provide technical leadership to onshore and offshore teams including contractors and full-time employees.

✦   Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and knowledge sharing sessions.

✦   Promote best practices, reusable frameworks, and standards.

Job Requirements:

✦   8–12 years of Salesforce development or related experience.

✦   Strong expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Proven experience in solution design and architecture.

✦   Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.

✦   Experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

✦   Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Experience with Conga (Apttus) CLM is preferred.

✦   Strong experience in large SFDC implementations.
