Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and build scalable Salesforce solutions

✦   Lead engineering initiatives and influence architectural decisions across large, complex systems

✦   Operate as a hands-on engineer and technical mentor

✦   Drive innovation, quality, and engineering best practices

✦   Work across full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, async Apex, SOQL, and data modeling

✦   Experience with large data volumes and performance optimization

✦   Deep understanding of Salesforce customization including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and security models

✦   Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and familiarity with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk) and integration patterns

✦   Ability to lead, mentor, and influence teams

✦   Excellent communication and executive-level presence

✦   Experience with SDLC and agile methodologies

✦   Preferred: Financial services industry experience, cloud-native development, Java or backend technologies, DevOps and CI/CD tools

✦   Working knowledge of JIRA, Bitbucket, Git-based workflows

✦   Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus

✦   Understanding of OMNI-Channel and advanced Salesforce capabilities
