Job Responsibilities:

✦   Architect and design cutting-edge Composable / Headless Commerce solutions utilizing Salesforce PWA Kit and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).

✦   Define, implement, and optimize Server-Side Rendering (SSR), hydration, and advanced web rendering strategies.

✦   Own frontend performance optimization, web vitals (CWV), and continuous performance auditing across applications.

✦   Design and scale highly sustainable Multi-Brand and Multi-Region architectures to support diverse business footprints.

✦   Configure and lead content-driven architectures, preferably integrated with Amplience or similar enterprise CMS platforms.

✦   Drive long-term technical roadmaps, align technology with organizational objectives, and confidently make sound technical decisions under high ambiguity.

✦   Act as a critical technical bridge, influencing engineering decisions across multiple cross-functional teams, Product managers, and UX/UI Design teams.

✦   Maintain seamless communication, managing high-level stakeholder alignment and translating complex technical visions into actionable business milestones.

✦   Cultivate a culture of high performance by mentoring senior engineers, unblocking technical issues, and establishing engineering best practices.

✦   Partner with Agile delivery leads to champion robust DevOps paradigms, robust continuous integration (CI/CD), and swift frontend platform delivery.

✦   Lead complex problem-solving initiatives and deep-dive root cause analyses to tackle unpredictable production bottlenecks.

✦   Oversee production stability by embedding modern observability, monitoring suites, and robust production support workflows.

✦   Expert level in Technical Leadership, Cross-Team Influence, Mentorship, and Engineering Enablement.

✦   Expert level in Communication, Stakeholder Alignment, Strategic Thinking/Roadmapping, and Decision-making under ambiguity.

✦   Expert level in Complex Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis.

✦   Proficient level in Agile Delivery Leadership.

✦   Proficiency in CMS platforms like Amplience is preferred.

✦   Experience setting up comprehensive Observability, Monitoring, and real-time Production Support environments is preferred.
