Job Requirements:

✦   Media business processes, including advertising, broadcasting, publishing, OTT, digital media, subscriber management, or content operations.

✦   Working with customer lifecycle, order management, campaign management, and media workflows.

✦   Business analysis and requirement gathering skills.

✦   Experience preparing BRDs, user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation.

✦   Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Good understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and standard configurations.

✦   Experience with workflow automation, approval processes, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce Security Model, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.

✦   Experience supporting Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects.

✦   Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.

✦   Basic to intermediate knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Experience.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations.

✦   Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration concepts.

✦   Experience working with Salesforce deployments and change management.

✦   Exposure to Salesforce Data Loader and data migration activities.
