Job Responsibilities:

✦   Validate and ensure the quality of Salesforce applications and business processes.

✦   Analyze requirements and participate in test planning activities.

✦   Execute manual test cases for Salesforce implementations including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.

✦   Track and manage defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.

✦   Collaborate with business and development teams to ensure quality deliverables.

✦   Perform API and integration testing where applicable.

Job Requirements:

✦   3–8 years of experience in manual testing with Salesforce (SFDC).

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platform and data model.

✦   Experience testing Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce standard/custom objects, workflows, process builder, flows, and validation rules.

✦   Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.

✦   Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies.

✦   Experience in API and integration testing is an advantage.

✦   Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

✦   Excellent analytical and communication skills.
