Job Responsibilities:
✦ Developing and deploying custom SFMC solutions including email templates, landing pages, automations, and journeys.
✦ Building scalable and reusable components using AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL within Marketing Cloud.
✦ Implementing and optimizing Journey Builder workflows and multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push).
✦ Integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and other external systems using APIs, data extensions, and automation studio.
✦ Ensuring data hygiene, segmentation accuracy, and personalization across campaigns.
✦ Participating in code reviews, solution design discussions, and production support activities.
✦ Monitoring platform performance, debugging issues, and ensuring best-practice security and governance.
Job Requirements:
✦ Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Administrator, Developer).
✦ Experience with MobilePush, CloudPages, and distributed/enterprise BUs.
✦ Exposure to CDP/RTCDP, GA4/analytics stacks, and event streaming (e.g., Segment).
✦ Knowledge of serverless functions, middleware (Mulesoft), or customer data platforms.
✦ Experience in highly regulated industries (finance, healthcare, telecom) and localization at scale.
✦ Strong skills in AMPscript & SSJS.
✦ SQL for SFMC (Automation Studio / Query Activities).
✦ Experience with Journey Builder & Automation Studio.
✦ Knowledge of APIs & Integrations (REST/SOAP, MC Connect).
✦ Experience in Email/Mobile Engineering & Deliverability.
